SMM Assistant
Marketing: SMMWe’re looking for a SMM Assistant to join the Aviasales SMM team and help us create even more great content.
What you'll be doing:
- Help write copy in the Aviasales brand voice across social media channels
- Monitor news, trends, memes, and viral content to create timely reactive posts
- Participate in brainstorms and help develop creative concepts and content ideas
What we expect from you:
- Native or fluent Russian (written and spoken) is required
- Strong writing skills and a good sense of humor
- Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, memes, and internet language
- Ability to quickly spot relevant topics and turn them into brand content
- Laptop/computer and a stable internet connection
- Attention to detail and strong self-organization skills

How we work:
- Part-time role: 4–6 hours per day (around 20–25 hours per week), with the possibility of moving into a full-time position later
- Compensation: $500/month
